To foster growth, development, and flourishing, we hosted a reflective event with the Project Scream Group and its supporters from the White Line Coaching & Well community. The outcome was a renewed and focused vision, achieved by collectively assessing which elements support our mission and which should be left behind.

This was a smaller event with the key people involved. Never the less, the impact of conversation and the artifact that I created as we went along had an impact that the participants said would go far beyond the evening we spent together.

The artifacts of a world cafe event aim at prompting further conversations, and deeper reflections as well as a record of conversations. Each time people visit such an artifact, because it is art, they are encouraged to see new things and new ways of interpreting ideas leading to fresh understanding into the future.
