Let's explore ...

Let’s talk about your next vision day.

Every high-stakes event starts with a clear vision, but those ideas tend to evaporate the moment the doors close. I help visionary leaders create a permanent visual anchor to ensure their strategy actually leads to action.

This is a 15-minute Strategy Discovery Call.

We’ll see if The Clarity Made Visible Method™ is the right fit to protect your ideas and provide the shared clarity your audience needs. I only take on a few partnerships each year to maintain the focus and intensity my process requires.

FAQ's

You might be new to live illustration, so you’re going to have questions! These are the one’s we get asked the most

Is live illustration suitable for all types of events?

Yes! I’ve illustrated keynotes, conferences and conversations. From local communities, to university and standing on stage at conferences. Adapting the style to fit the client.

It’s suitable for a wide range of events, including conferences, workshops, seminars, team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning events. It can be adapted to various settings and audience sizes.

How does live illustration enhance audience engagement?

By visually representing ideas, live illustration captures attention and fosters interaction. It encourages participants to engage with the content, leading to more meaningful discussions and better retention of information.

What if the content is confidential?

I prioritize confidentiality and work closely with clients to ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately. I make sure that I know clearly what can and can’t be shared.

Do I Need Any Special Equipment for Live illustration?

I bring everything that I need to work on.

Working on paper, I bring a long (2-4meter) freestanding board which needs reasonably close by parking and an hour set up and 1 hour take down time.
It’s also possible to work on a flat wall space where it’s too difficult to bring in the boards. Paper provides the MOST WOW factor and most interaction in conversations.

I bring markers and everything else I need.

Alternatively, where access is tricky, live digital work is the solution – I just need to be next to a plug socket!

So I bring everything . . . you bring the coffee.

Can Live Illustration Be Done Virtually?

Yes, live illustration can be done virtually using digital tools. I share my screen during online meetings and create visual notes in real-time, which can be saved and distributed as digital files.
You even get an animation!

How Can I Use the Graphic Recording After the Event?

After the event, the artifact (live illustration) can be used in various ways, such as sharing with attendees, incorporating into reports or presentations, and posting on social media or websites to engage a broader audience. It serves as a valuable resource for revisiting key discussions and ideas.

The work I’ve created has ended up being spread across LinkedIn, on annual reports, hung in offices and even framed … and painted on the side of a van!

(For an artist . . . that still feels humbling!)

Can You Match Our Corporate Colours?

As much as possible, yes!
There are a few limitations with inks, but I will do the best I can. You’ll need to provide branding guidelines with CMYK or RGB.

If working digitally, there is no problem

Who Owns The Artifact?

I always ask if it is ok to share the work on my own social media channels, both to promote you and your company, and demonstrate my work. If that is OK, I also reserve the right to use the work as case study and portfolio materials.

But I LOVE it if you take the work. Keep it, sell it, give it away. It’s your’s to do with what you want.

Many conference organisers give the artifact to the keynote speaker. And they love it!
