Conferences -the graphic wall can be on stage or positioned to one side in the auditorium. Even at the back if you prefer.
Meetings can be small or large. Way beyond taking notes, people can follow the whole evolving conversation.
Based on 50 year old methodology, and evolved into what we have today.

Four Front Events

By delegates across all social media, and as promotional material for Four Front Events
Four Front was looking for additional materials for their exhibitor gatherings. I suggested a map of the SW, then live cartoon illustrations of each exhibitor.
The interaction was very high, and Four Front’s feedback was outstanding.

One of the keynote speakers lost her recording. I obliged by recreating her keynote digitally.

Spring Harvest
Shared on social media and used extensively at the conference
Spring Harvest is an annual national conference where thousands of Christians gather. A significant part of the event consists of encouragement and talks.
These were created over a few days.
When working on stage, with a large (800 capacity) audience, the images have to be drawn larger to ensure visibility.
After the event, keynote speakers asked if they could take their own artifact away with them.
The previous year, the event organiser took the materials back to his office to display, and show other clients what they had achieved.
Safe Men, Safer Communities | International initiative based in Bristol | hybrid meeting: digital recording
Redeemed Christian Church of God, Bristol
Internationally through various channels (internally and social media)
Used for ongoing conversations and sharing the initiative.
This came on the back of working with the church earlier in the year. This denomination of church is well established internationally, especially amongst the black community.
They have a very high concern for young black men becoming involved in gangs and county lines, and recognise the impact the local community church can have. As such, they have partnered in Bristol with the local police force and across the SW UK, and their work is being praised.
This hybrid conference was accessed by over 100 participants representing thousands of people across the world who were looking to make similar changes in their communities. The creation of the images was live-streamed along with the speakers.
