Radical Eco-System Engagement for Full-Spectrum Flourishing
A powerful synergy was created at our FlourishCafe event, where I collaborated with DrEri Mountbatten-O’Malley (PhD, FHEA) Flourish Cafe and Sean Lafleur (FlowerChange)
The conference was a rich mix of international academic leads, educators, thought-leaders, coaches, and practitioners to tackle fundamental questions about fostering well-being through leadership. The interactive discussion centered on what we’ve learned about leadership for flourishing from a two day conference organised by Leadership for Flourishing network, where our understanding needs to evolve, and how we can act, both on our own and together, to make a difference.
